About Vision Advance Solutions


Our History

Adam Lenter spent his “first career” working for and consulting to numerous nonprofit organizations and schools. Everywhere he went, organizations were hampered by inadequate data management systems. Through Adam’s observations he determined that poor data systems present a tremendous burden to organization leaders and their staffs. Organization leaders lack the ability to truly assess their organization’s performance and make well-informed strategic decisions about the future.


Furthermore, staff members devote hours of their time performing basic functions that a good data management system could handle in seconds. This takes them away from higher level functions, demoralizes them, and costs the organization money in lost productivity.


After seeing the same deficiencies time and again, Adam decided there had to be a better way. He launched his first business, Nonprofit Data Solutions, to provide powerful yet easy-to-use data management systems for nonprofit organizations.  


Over time, Adam realized that data management systems played a critical role for organizations, but to get the most out of them, they needed to a part of a comprehensive strategy. So we added consulting services to our offerings. Whether or not organizations use our data management systems, we work with them to operate as strategically as possible.

Many small businesses face the same challenge as nonprofit organizations: they are started by passionate people who want to make a difference in their communities. They need the same type of data management systems and operational support that nonprofit organizations do. So we have expanded our offerings to serve these businesses as well. We have changed our name to meet our expanded offerings to Vision Advance Solutions.

At Vision Advance Solutions, you are charged one monthly rate with no hidden fees. Most providers lock clients in with teaser rates and later hike their prices. Our contract specifically ensures that our products will remain affordable for your organization for many years to come.
